How to order:

1. Type name and title EXACTLY how you want it embroidered in the custom names/text field separated with a comma.  Example: "Michelle, RN"
   
2. "Item 1 Color" drop down will be the color of the name.
3. "Item 2 Color" drop down will be the color of the title "RN, LPN, etc."

 Due to screen variations and the dying process the shirt and thread colors may vary slightly from the pictured items.

Since this product is made to order all sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued unless buyer can provide definitive information showing it was our mistake.
