How to order:

1. Type name and title EXACTLY how you want it embroidered in the custom names/text field separated with a comma.   Example: "Kim, RN"
   
2. Select from drop down what type of font your name will be in. Example: "BM Script" "Kim" would be placed in this font.
3. "Item 1 Color" drop down will be the color of the name.
4. "Item 2 Color" drop down will be the color of the title "RN, LPN, CMA, MD, etc."

Due to screen variations and the dying process the shirt and thread colors may vary slightly from the pictured items.

Due to this sweatshirt being personalized all sales are FINAL, unless you can provide proof that it was our mistake.
